As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Practitioner, I use real food and functional nutrition as the scaffolding to support individuals in thriving through life’s multiple transitions and stages with balance.

I believe that real food is the foundation on which health is built. When we eat nourishing foods, we strengthen that foundation. A strong foundation allows us to thrive throughout all phases of life. Nourishing ourselves allows us to nourish future generations.

By nurturing strong foundations based on real food and nutrition, we can feel confident and capable in our bodies, can navigate life’s transitions more nimbly, and can foster a nourished next generation through all stages of our lives.
